Find your order
Order tracking opens from the private link we emailed and texted you. That link is the only key to a guest order, so we cannot look it up from this page: anyone who reached it could then read your order.
Open your order email
We send it the moment an order is placed, from Auracard, with your order number in the subject line. Its tracking button opens your order.
Or check your texts
The same link goes by SMS to the phone number on the order, so a lost email is not a dead end.
Still nothing?
Search your inbox for Auracard and look in spam and promotions. The link is long, so copy the whole thing rather than a fragment.
Paying a deposit or a balance
The payment screen sits inside your order, so the tracking link is the way in. Open it and the amount due is on the page with a button to pay it.
Have your order number ready, e.g. AC-000042. It is in the subject line of every email we send about the order.
